Ensure the availability of necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure its proper use by all workers.
Promote a culture of safety where employees feel empowered to report unsafe conditions and practices without fear of retaliation.
Maintain clear communication regarding safety standards and expectations throughout the duration of the project.
